How a BlastBall Session Works
BlastBall® sessions combine baseball games with skill-development stations to create an active and engaging experience for players.
Typically, three teams participate together at the same time. While two teams play a modified game, the third team works through fun baseball skill stations focused on throwing, hitting, catching, running, and general baseball movement.
Teams rotate throughout the session to ensure players stay active and involved at all times.
Sessions finish with fun team activities such as base races and team handshakes.
Gameplay Overview
- Sessions are approximately 75 minutes long
- Base paths are 45 feet
- Players hit from a batting tee

The primary goal of BlastBall® is helping players develop confidence, coordination, friendships, and a love for baseball through positive early experiences.
