Spring Season Registration
2026 Spring Rates
For Spring Season registrations, families are required to complete one volunteer commitment per registered player.
Volunteer opportunities include a variety of roles throughout the association, with concession shifts being the most common.
Players will not be placed on a team until volunteer deposit cheque(s) have been received.
Players in Tadpole and older divisions must bring their deposit cheque(s) to evaluations or make alternate arrangements if unable to attend.
For Blastball through Super-T divisions, post-dated volunteer deposit cheque(s) dated June 1 are required and should be made payable to Cloverdale Minor Baseball.
Please include your child’s name and division in the cheque memo line.
Reminder: One cheque is required per registered player.

Families with outstanding volunteer fees or unpaid deposits from previous seasons will not be assigned to a team until the account has been brought current.

Divisions are based on your child’s age during the current calendar year.
Early Bird Registration
- Tadpole – Midget: Early Bird pricing available from December 1 – January 31
- Blastball – Super-T: Early Bird pricing available from December 1 – February 28
- Registrations submitted after these dates may be subject to a Late Registration Fee.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available before March 1
- 50% Refund: Available before March 15
- A $25 administration fee will be retained to cover online processing costs.
- Refunds are typically issued as a credit to your TeamSnap account.
- Refunds to the original payment method may be approved on a case-by-case basis by the Treasurer and President.
- No refunds will be issued after March 15 for the Spring Season.

Please contact the division coordinator to be added to the 'waitlist' for that division. We will try to accommodate but cannot make any guarantees.
